Company Profile
Pacific Coachways is a family owned California corporation that has been in continuous operation since 1989. The founding partners of the company have a rich background in the transportation industry. Working for several other well known transportation companies, as well as local school districts, they gained valuable insight into running a successful company. Pacific Coachways was started with four motor coaches and throughout the years the company has grown significantly. Today, Pacific Coachways operates a fleet of over 20 vehicles based in Garden Grove, CA and prides itself on being the premier ground transportation provider in the Southern California region. In order to create the best client experience possible, the company has acquired a staff of knowledgeable professionals with many years of experience in all aspects of the industry. In addition, the remaining founder of the company is still extremely active to ensure the most efficient methods are used and the best service is provided.
Pacific Coachways owns a secured 1-acre property located in Garden Grove from which our company operates. This property includes a parking area for all of our vehicles as well as a large building which houses our offices, maintenance and training facilities. The office is equipped with computer workstations at every desk which network with software that helps run our business; from taking orders, to dispatching vehicles and drivers, to tracking maintenance. The shop is equipped with modern equipment to complete the necessary maintenance and repairs of our vehicles. In order to stay on top of constantly changing rules and regulations, as well as many safety issues, we are active in several associations which support us with these many challenges. These organizations include the California Bus Association (CBA), United Motorcoach Association (UMA) and the American Bus Association (ABA). Each of these organizations offers us invaluable assistance at all levels of our operation. Pacific Coachways is also a member of the International Motorcoach Group (IMG) and the Trailways National Transportation System. Both of these organizations are comprised of elite carriers located throughout the world. Member carriers are hand picked by the organizations and must maintain certain operating, safety, and customer service standards to remain in these groups.
